Our breathing coach is the gateway to our mental, physical and energetic health. It’s also a powerful tool for transforming limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and trauma held in the body and mind. A breath coach guides clients to release unhelpful and negative patterns through the power of their own breath.
The deep breathing practices taught by our instructors are used by professionals in all fields to mitigate burnout, enhance performance and boost recovery. The techniques are also useful for regulating stress, releasing anger and anxiety and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with chronic medical conditions.
In addition, these breathing practices have been shown to positively influence neurotransmitters such as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which induces a calming and relaxed state. This shifts the autonomic nervous system from the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) to the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), bringing about feelings of relaxation and wellbeing.

Our 35 Hour Online Breath Coach Training and Trauma Aware Facilitation Training course is a self study course which means you can start as soon as you sign up, and complete the course within as little time as 2 weeks or up to 6 months. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the learning process and to embody the practices yourself as you prepare to teach them to others in a safe and inclusive trauma aware manner. This helps you to be a more insightful and transformational coach for your clients.
